Reema thanks for asking. I find that when I water my plants, at times the water drains on to the plate below the pot. Why does this happen. I don’t think I water more than what is required.

Sure. This happens because the porosity of the soil has increased. When was the last time you churned the soil?? (By churning I mean mixing up the soil)
Also, when was the last time you added some compost to the soil??

A couple of months back. How often do we need to do that?

Once in every 2-3 months…. Try doing it. If it doesn’t help let me know. (Also if it does help let me know 😉 😉 😉 )

For now I can’t have either an internal or external garden, but if I do one day, how many times a day should I water them?

Just once in a day is enough! The quantity of water will depend on the size of the plants,climate and the season. 🙂
